Refund Policy

Our refund policy ensures clarity and fairness for all transactions:

  1. No Returns on Personalized Products
    • As our vision boards are custom-made, refunds or returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective. 
  1. Damaged or Defective Items
    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at create@yourvisionboard2025.com with:
      • Your order number.
      • A description of the issue.
      • Photos of the damaged/defective product.
    • We will assess the case and offer a replacement if necessary. 
  1. Shipping Costs
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. For defective items, we will cover the shipping cost for replacements.
