- No Returns on Personalized Products
- As our vision boards are custom-made, refunds or returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at create@yourvisionboard2025.com with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the damaged/defective product.
- We will assess the case and offer a replacement if necessary.
- Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. For defective items, we will cover the shipping cost for replacements.
